Small Dog Friendly: Yes

Cat Friendly: Unknown but way too interested in bunnies so would not trust in a home with cats or small critters

Crate Trained: Yes

Housebroken: Almost. Still working on signals, need to keep an eye on him and let out frequently

Energy Level: High

Reaction to New People: Loves everyone

Kid Friendly: Yes

Training: Knows the basics. Sit, down and shake

Grooming Needs: Shorter coat so easy to groom

Fence: Not required. Kato has a fenced in play yard at his foster home but also uses a tie out for potty breaks

Solo or Siblings: Either. He loves to play with other dogs. He does have a lot of Husky energy so would need a sibling that enjoys that too

From the Foster: Kato is a loving fun boy! He was a unclaimed stray so we do not know anything about his past. Has gotten along with all the pups he has met. He can be too much for some pups as he thinks everyone should be his friend and wants to play, play, play. Has been great in the house and does not chew on anything that isnt his. He sleeps in his kennel and is kenneled when no one is home. As long as he has a chew or kong he is all good. Loves to cuddle up and watch tv with his foster family. We think he is a pretty great pup and will make a fantastic dog for an active family.
