Hi there, Im Henry! Not too long ago, I was scared, cold, hungry, and just trying to survive alone on the streets when some amazing WAAL volunteers rescued me and found me a foster home. It didnt take long for me to embrace my new life. Now that Im in a comfy foster home, Im as happy as can be with a tail that never stops wagging. I would love to meet you and show off what my foster mom refers to as my "happy waggle march"; you can really just see my newfound joy with every step. I am the perfect snuggle buddy and will happily curl up next to my foster mom and soak in the attention. While I am not super high energy, I also sometimes enjoy playing with the others dogs in my foster home, tossing around a squeaky toy, or chewing a bone. I get along really well with other dogs, and my gentle nature means I would probably be good with kids too. My current home doesnt have any cats, so if you have any we would need to meet to see how I feel about that. I am working on my crate training, I would rather be out having fun with my people all the time, but I will settle down in my kennel when I realize its time for my foster mom to go to work. I am also doing really well with potty-training, although I still need someone to remember to let me out periodically because I havent yet learned how to ask them to do that.
